Question 1: Your circumstances
Weak: “I have a strong family in Nepal and I love my country.”
Stronger (fictional example): “I live in Pokhara with my parents and younger sister. I have worked for two years as a junior accountant at a local trading company, and my employer has confirmed in writing that I can return. My father runs a hardware shop whose income is shown in the attached tax records.”
Specific, checkable facts backed by documents are what count.
Question 2: Why this course and provider
Name the course, the specific units or skills, and why this provider suits you: location, course structure, industry links or cost. Explain why a similar course in Nepal does not meet your goal, without criticising Nepal.
Question 3: How the course benefits you
Link the course to a realistic next step, such as a role, promotion or business plan, and support it with evidence like job advertisements, an employer letter or salary information where you have it.
Question 4: Anything else
Use this for study gaps, a change of field, previous visa refusals or family situations. Short and honest is better than leaving the officer to guess.
